A 40-story, 428 unit luxury apartment tower in Downtown Seattle that recently completed the City’s Design Review Board process and is awaiting final entitlements. The owners are currently securing financing, with construction slated to commence in 2019. The project will be built 40% faster than a conventional tower and will include SLI’s state-of-the-art energy and water systems.

Shared roof decks and double height lounges on each floor. Construction is expected to commence late-2018. The project features state-of-the-art green technologies with very low energy and water costs. Each unit includes wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling operable glass sliders with Juliet balconies.
