Situated in the heart of Belltown, 303 Battery will deliver a 15-story, 112-unit Zero Net Energy (ZNE) apartment project, including 27 much needed affordable units. Five of the affordable units satisfy the city’s Mandatory Housing Affordability (MHA) requirements, and another 22 units will be income and/or rent restricted as part of the Multi-Family Tax Exemption (MFTE) program. 303 Battery will be the greenest apartment building in Seattle when it is completed. Construction is underway with an estimated completion of summer 2021

The 901 Madison Project is a 20-story tower with 178 units, located in the First Hill neighborhood. Design is underway and we anticipate starting in construction in Fall 2021 with an estimated completion in Summer 2022.

Located in the South Lake Union neighborhood, 615 Dexter will deliver an 18-story tower that will include 394 units, 219 of which will be affordable. 615 Dexter is part of a winning response to an RFP issued by the City of Seattle for the development of the City-owned “mega-block” project. The project is targeted to begin construction in Summer 2021 and for completion in Spring 2023.

The Yesler Terrace project is a 22-story, 376-unit project in Seattle’s First Hill neighborhood. Of the 376 units, 100 will be affordable. SLI won a competitive bid process by the Seattle Housing Authority for purchase of the land. SLI now enters the detailed design and development phase of the protect. We anticipate Design Review Board approval in early 2021 with construction to begin in the Fall of 2021.

Across the street from the $1.8 billion Seattle Convention Center expansion in the Denny Triangle neighborhood, the 1800 Terry Project is a 40-story, 424-unit tower. The site is nearly fully entitled with the as-designed SLI building having completed the Design Review Board process.
